The benefits of counselling
Counselling can help you understand how your past/recent experiences impact on your present situation, thoughts and feelings. Having a safe, confidential space in which you can offload and be met with empathy can make an enormous difference to your life especially when things feel overwhelming. I work collaboratively with my clients to increase their self-awareness which empowers them and gives them more choice about how they move forward with their lives.
Counselling sessions
Upon your enquiry, I will contact you to arrange an initial consultation which will give us an opportunity to discuss your needs and for you to ask me any questions. If, following the initial consultation, you would like to go ahead with attending counselling sessions I will arrange a suitable time with you for sessions. I work face to face, online or over the phone.

Fees
Initial Consultation: £20
Counselling Session £55 (50 mins) to be discussed at initial consultation
Supervision sessions
I offer supervision to counsellors and those in caring/pastoral professions. Sessions for counsellors are usually 1 hour 30 minutes in line with BACP guidance. However, this is negotiable depending on professional body and/or other supervision in place. Our first session will be spent working on a collaborative contract, giving me the opportunity to understand what you would like to gain from supervision.

Fees
Supervision Session £80 (90 mins)
